If you’re a B2B consultant, it’s not hard to grow your business to 6-figures per year.
A few referrals to the right clients can get you there pretty fast.
Revenue and cash flow grow fast, and life is good for while…
…until you realize you’re stretched too thin because you serve too many different types of clients.

1. Identify the market segment that presents the highest potential (among your various services) to attract $100k+ clients. Create a targeted offer with a clear outcome.
2. Create both “push” and “pull” marketing plans that put your offer in front of your audience. No spamming, no cold outreach. Leverage your existing relationships and create useful content to attract a new audience.
3. To ensure your marketing engine runs without you having to be personally involved at every step, identify and hire project-based talent to support your business.
